Chief Executive Officer - Ndivhuwo Nedoboni

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ndivhuwo Nedoboni is one of the co-founders of Value-Able Consulting. He has accomplished a BCom in Economics, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Practice. Ndivhuwo then achieved his accreditation as an Accounting Officer with and completed his accreditation with SAIBA BAP (Southern African Institute for Business Accountants) and is an accredited Professional Accountant with SAIPA (The South African Institute of Professional Accountants). He is currently studying Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with Henley Business School.

Ndivhuwo brings a wealth of relevant experience into the strategic leadership of Value-Able Consulting across the various functional areas of governance, finance strategy and organisational performance.

Before establishing Value-Able Consulting, Ndivhuwo held various senior leadership roles such as practised as a Senior Financial Accountant at Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo for three years, Senior Manager at Finware Enterprise. He also served as the chairman in the faculty of management sciences at University of Venda and as a Black Management Forum (BMF) branch secretary.

He has in depth experience in the Preparation and review of Financial Statements, Income Tax and VAT review, Compliance and Independent reviews, as well as Auditing. His experience has seen him working with clients such as University of Venda, Road Agency Limpopo, Vhembe TVET College, NYDA, Black Umbrellas and lots of SMME’s.

With over 10 years’ experience working in the SMME sector ’s vision is about transforming SMME’s to become large corporations.
